Mission accomplished!
I find it difficult to talk about processing the certain idea, cause most of the time it's just a feeling caught and formed in something visible. And that is always hard to explain.
The picture was supposed to be more artistic and creative, but with all these possibilities at the area of Premiere I dispose of (at this moment) I'm glad that I've obtained at least something I can present the comming Saturday. Actually my present picture differs widely from my very first idea, but let's say I like it.
Ton asked me few weeks ago questions relating to my point of view and my vision of its presenting. This note below might be actually considered to be explanation of my vision.
Ton's questions:
- wat zien we in beeld en hoe ?
- Wat wil je er mee zeggen (/wat zegt het beeld?)
- Hoe lang duurt het, waar begint en eindigt het mee?
Wel, I tried to capture into my image one shopping person (being followed by me) and show who is she/he + her (in this case) taste (1), present life (2), social status (3), needs (4) etc. => how: baby in a buggy (2), DIDI, honkelmoller (1,3,4), clothes chosen to be tried on (1,4), time she took to do shopping (2,3), her reaction on being exposed...
On this way I'd like to show that it's just enough to put attention on someone to find out who is she/he. Everyone can immidiately make a guess what is the certain person doing by taking a careful look at (for example) the equipment she/he is carrying with (like Marieke noticed: check the outside of the bag and you know immidiately how much money the owner of the certain bag has and probably can spend). My picture shows that the women followed by me is a young mother, almost for sure not working at this moment but having money for expensiver (not the most expensive but also not the cheapest) clothes, and feels pretty unsecure and pissed off while I violated her privacy in the fitting room. I began in lingerie shop to show who is she and ended in the fitting room by exposing her surprised, displeassed face. Voila!
